Влияние демографических процессов на социальную динамику в развитых странах

Аннотация

Актуальность статьи обусловлена остротой демографических проблем в современных развитых государствах и значимостью их влияния на социальное благополучие населения. Цель исследования заключается в выявлении и оценке корреляции между демографической и социальной динамикой. Гипотеза предполагает, что увеличение социально-демографических индикаторов, таких как естественный прирост, ожидаемая продолжительность жизни, демографические дивиденды будет позитивно влиять на композитный показатель социального прогресса. В рамках исследования проводился регрессионный анализ панельных данных. Методология опирается на теорию демографического перехода, предполагает использование методов сравнительного теоретического, а также статистического и эконометрического анализа данных международных организаций и экспертного сообщества. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о более значимом влиянии на Индекс социального прогресса демографических индикаторов по сравнению с экономическим показателем (ВВП по ППС на душу населения) в развитых странах. Прямое влияние на Индекс социального прогресса оказывают такие переменные, как ожидаемая продолжительность жизни, коэффициент разрыва между потреблением и доходом пожилых лиц и индекс первого демографического дивиденда. Обратная связь для Индекса была установлена с коэффициентом естественного прироста. Интерпретация полученных оценок позволяет судить о положительном влиянии на дальнейшее социальное развитие растущей продолжительности жизни, опосредованной высоким уровнем развития систем здравоохранения и образования в выбранной категории стран, получении выгод от первого демографического дивиденда в социальной сфере и отсутствии связи со вторым демографическим дивидендом, о возможностях лучшего социального обеспечения для сокращающегося населения, а также о преждевременности суждений об активном участии пожилых людей (65+) в совершенствовании социальной инфраструктуры. Теоретическая значимость заключается в дополнении исследований о социальном развитии количественной оценкой влияния демографических факторов. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы для дальнейшего, углубленного анализа влияния различных факторов на социальное развитие в разрезе отдельных стран, а также при разработке социальной политики государства с учетом меняющихся демографических реалий, что обуславливает практическую значимость работы.
