Финансовые институты, глобализация и открытость торговли при переходе к зеленому росту в странах G20

Аннотация
Переход к устойчивому развитию стал серьезной задачей для стран G20 на фоне растущей деградации окружающей среды, давления с изменением климата и глобальных обязательств по достижению низкоуглеродного экономического роста. Поэтому понимание экономических механизмов, поддерживающих зеленый рост, важно для формирования эффективной и интегрированной политики развития. В исследовании выдвигается гипотеза, что финансовые институты, глобализация и открытость торговли положительно способствуют экологически устойчивому экономическому росту в странах G20. Исследование использует данные панелей из 11 стран G20 и охватывает период 2001–2021 гг. Анализ регрессии панельных данных был применен для эмпирического изучения взаимосвязи между финансовыми институтами, глобализацией, открытостью торговли и экологичным ростом. Эмпирические результаты показывают, что финансовые институты, глобализация и открытость торговли оказывают положительное и значимое влияние на зеленый рост в странах G20. Хорошо развитые финансовые институты поддерживают зеленый рост через предоставление зеленых финансовых инструментов, включая зеленые облигации, зеленую таксономию и устойчивые инвестиционные механизмы. Глобализация способствует экологическому росту, ускоряя передачу зеленых технологий, увеличивая трансграничные инвестиции и способствуя международному сотрудничеству. Открытость торговли дополнительно способствует расширению доступа к рынкам зеленых продуктов, повышению экологических стандартов и стимулированию промышленной эффективности и экологических инноваций. Теоретически это исследование укрепляет интеграцию теорий финансового развития, глобализации и торговли в рамках зеленого роста. На практике результаты подчеркивают необходимость скоординированных политик, которые укрепляют зеленую финансовую систему, оптимизируют глобализацию для распространения чистых технологий и согласуют либерализацию торговли с целями экологической устойчивости. Эти стратегии в совокупности поддерживают инклюзивный рост, одновременно снижая значительные выбросы, экологические риски и долгосрочную неопределённость в развитии.
