Prospects of Development of Information-Analytical Maintenance of System of Monitoring of Economic Security of Russia
Baturina E.V.
Abstract
According to the Strategy of the Economic Security of Russia, an important task of our time is to monitor the state of security of the country's economy. The shadow economy is a threat to economic security. Analysis of statistical data and foreign studies revealed a low degree of the openness of information about the shadow economy. There is a need to create an open information and analytical system for monitoring the shadow economy, which makes it possible to quantify and qualitatively assess its share in the legal sector. This article is devoted to the solution of this problem. The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical and practical recommendations for the creation of an information and analytical system for monitoring the shadow economy as one of the elements of the monitoring system for the economic security of Russia. The study summarizes the economic and legal aspects of the economic security of Russia, in retrospect. The conceptual apparatus and principles of security, in the context of which the concept of "shadow cash flows in the banking system" is introduced. Economic and technical recommendations for the creation of the proposed information system through the presentation of fragments of modeling and visualization are substantiated. The theoretical background of the shadow economyis presented, its identifiers are determined. The possibility of tracking down shadow cash flows in the software product "Microsoft office Excel" is considered. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of their application in educational, law-making, law enforcement, including forensic activities.
